IDI Laser Services’ latest offering is a dual-head substrate laser strip marking system designed to mark Strip Lead frames.

Featuring fully automatic loading and unloading from either Slot Magazine Loader or Stacking tray, and integrated with a built-in CO-Axis VISION and high-speed transfer system, this handler is packed with features to ensure laser marking is done precisely with traceable mark for lead frames of different package types, such as QFN, LGA, TLA, BGA, and SMD.

Employing state-of-the-art technology and highly customisable to your needs, our dual-head marking solution is sure to fit any semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
